ReSo Inc. was established in 2013 with the intention of filling a unique need in the area of benefits administration. The need is for customized services coupled with superior service. Positioned alongside the employer and the TPA, ReSo Inc. works with employer and advisor clients to develop tailored services to address specific needs of each organization.

Many employers face challenges of trying to fit into their TPA’s platform which, in many cases instead of streamlining the process, creates manual work-arounds and/or constant problems because the “fix doesn’t fit”. The result is additional time and energy needing to be thrown towards attention to a process that should, once put in place, work virtually on its own. Employers today do not have the manpower or the budget to continually deal with pseudo solutions. This is where we can help.
